Ist the jewelry waterproof?

All our item are waterproof. You can shower, swim and play sports with them!

The better you take care of our jewelry, the longer you can enjoy it.

Are all the rings adjustable?

All rings are adjustable within the average ring sizes. So you can make each ring fit to wear on your desired finger.

The thicker the ring is, the firmer it is to adjust. The rings are adjustable by hand or with pliers.

My earring is not closing, what now?

Our earrings are very flexible, so is the thin rod!
Most likely it is bent slightly. By bending this thin rod slightly up or down so that it lines up with the hole of the earring again, the earring will close again!

Due to the use of natural stone in our jewelry, colors, sizes and shapes may vary. No two stones are the same, and that is exactly what makes our jewelry unique!

How long is the warranty?

The standard warranty is 3 months. If there is a problem with 1 of your items you can always contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you!

What karat gold is best?

Karat is a term used to indicate gold purity. Pure gold is 24 karat. The legal standard is to stamp gold jewelry with markings such as 10KT, 14KT and 18KT. The Karat stamp indicates the purity of the metal. The number preceding the KT marking indicates how many parts out of 24 are pure gold. The alloys mixed with gold are added to control durability, color and the cost of fine jewelry.

If you desire strong yellow color from your jewelry, 18 karat gold will give you the richest yellow appearance.
