These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between ZHOU LIU FU and any individual or entity purchasing precious metal jewelry products through our official website, physical stores, or authorized channels. By placing an order or purchasing the Products, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.
1. Product Information & Specifications
1.1 All precious metal jewelry products are described and presented with reasonable accuracy, including but not limited to metal type (e.g., gold, silver, platinum, palladium), purity (e.g., 999 gold, 925 silver), gemstone details (if applicable), dimensions, weight, and craftsmanship. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to natural material characteristics, handcrafting processes, or display settings.
1.2 Precious metal weight and gemstone carat weight are approximate values, with a reasonable tolerance (±3% for metal weight, ±5% for gemstone weight) as industry standards allow. Official certification documents (e.g., jewelry appraisal reports, metal purity certificates) will be provided for Products as specified in the product description.
1.3 Cinnabar jewelry (if applicable): Cinnabar beads or inlays comply with safety standards, with natural cinnabar content as stated. Avoid prolonged contact with chemicals (e.g., perfume, lotion) or extreme temperatures to maintain product integrity.
2. Orders & Payment
2.1 By submitting an order, You confirm that all information provided (shipping address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and complete. The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to incorrect information, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement, using the authorized payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Payment processing times may vary by method; orders will be processed only after full payment is received and verified.
2.3 Pricing is displayed in the specified currency (e.g., USD, HKD, CNY) and excludes taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price stated at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 The Seller ships Products from its Hong Kong warehouse or Mainland China warehouse, as indicated in the product listing or order confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 3-15 business days after order processing.
3.2 The Seller is responsible for safely packaging Products to prevent damage during transit. Risk of loss or damage transfers to You upon delivery to the designated shipping address. You must inspect the package upon receipt; any damage or discrepancy must be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos/videos of the package and product.
3.3 Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not liable for delays or seizures due to customs clearance issues.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Due to the high value and personalized nature of precious metal jewelry, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The Product is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, incorrect metal purity) or does not match the product description;
The Product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/certificates intact.
4.2 Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. You must contact the Seller to obtain a return authorization number before sending the Product back. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to the Seller’s error.
4.3 The Seller will inspect returned Products upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of confirming the return eligibility, credited to the original payment method. Custom-made or personalized Products (e.g., engraved jewelry) are non-refundable unless defective.
5. Warranty & Maintenance
5.1 The Seller provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects (e.g., loose settings, broken chains) but excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or modification by third parties.
5.2 Warranty service includes repair or replacement of defective parts, at the Seller’s discretion. To claim warranty service, You must provide the original order confirmation and product certificate.
5.3 Recommendations for maintenance: Avoid wearing jewelry during activities involving chemicals, water, or physical impact; store in a dry, soft pouch when not in use; periodic professional cleaning (available at the Seller’s cost) is recommended to maintain luster.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (e.g., loss of value, inconvenience) arising from the purchase or use of the Products, except for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6.2 The total liability of the Seller for any claim related to the Products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific Product in question.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
7.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., HK or Mainland China]. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court of the governing jurisdiction.
8. General Provisions

8.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any prior oral or written agreements related to the Products.
8.3 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
